> PAYMENT - payment is done only through paypal, and payment must be given upfront. price is subject to change based on the complexity of the piece
> REQUIREMENTS - references are required, if you want me to design a character you need to pay for the design process
> REFUNDS - no refunds unless i offer one to you. this will only be done if i cannot finish the piece for some reason
> REVISIONS - free changes during sketching. once you approve the lineart i will not make major changes to the piece
> POSTING - i will ask for permission to post anything if i want to. you must ask for permission before posting my work
> COPYRIGHT - my signature or watermark is not to be removed from my art. my work is not to be used commerically/ai training/nft
> TIMING - it usually takes me two weeks to get something done, but the price of a piece will be discussed before payment. i will always be honest about delays if they occur. no work will take over a month
